A Brief History
After serving families via in-home and community services, Familias First expanded by developing presentations for other Community Organizations. This grew into being contracted to present projects to families in the community. The success of those initial projects empowered Familias First to develop and present projects specific to the special needs population and based on the needs/topics often shared as missing in the community. Utilizing our previous experiences and success we have been awarded 3 projects by the Department of Developmental Services; surpassing all goals and building a strong following with the community across the greater LA, San Bernardino, and Riverside areas.
Familias First and the Regional Center relationship
We are Familias First a vendor for the past 20 years
We are not affiliated with the San Gabriel Pomona Regional Center or Inland regional Center but may be contracted to provide services to the families they serve. We do connect with each Regional Center to ensure the content shared is as accurate as possible.
