May the Advocacy Be With You – The 2024 SAE Conference
We extend our invitation to vendors, caregivers, clients aged 16 and older, and their parents to join us at the SAE 2024 Conference!
Save the date, May 4th, 2024, at the Riverside Convention Center. The event will run from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, promising a day packed with enlightening workshops, an art showcase featuring our clients, captivating entertainment, and even some cosmic surprises!
Lunch will be provided, and instead of vendor booths, we'll have an exciting art show.
Please note that this event is exclusively designed for IRC parents, vendors, CBOs, SAE grant recipients, guardians, and clients aged 16 and above.

Beginning next year SG/PRC will host (3) Hispanic support group meetings, on Friday mornings from 10:30-12:00, open to both Spanish and English-speaking families. Families served by SG/PRC; this will be a great opportunity to connect with other families, build a community, meet the SG/PRC Service Access and Equity team, and more.

BIPOC - Parenting Workshop & Parent Advisory Committee
IRC is looking for 25 parents interested in participating in our upcoming Black Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) Parenting Workshop & Parent Advisory Committee. SDP TRAINING & COACHING SERIES 2024
A 4-week training & coaching series for individuals served and their families interested in enrolling or who are already participating in the Self-Determination Program (SDP). Each training module is one (1) hour in length, followed by a one (1) hour clinic session for further support. Modules will be provided in other preferred languages.

Parenting Workshop: Developmental Delay Intervention
Foothill Family Early Head Start and the Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center will be conducting a collaborative workshop at the Alhambra Public Library on Saturday January 20th, 2024 starting at 10am. DRC’s Office of Clients’ Rights Advocacy (OCRA) will have an open house on Thursday, October 26, 2023. Join us at our office for activities and light refreshments as you get to know the folks who support you through OCRA’s work at Inland Regional Center and San Gabriel Pomona Regional Center. Regional center clients, families, service providers, and regional center staff are invited to come meet OCRA staff and connect with each other—everyone is welcome!

The inaugural Adaptive Sports Fair will take place on Saturday, June 10 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Rancho Cucamonga Sports Center (8303 Rochester Ave.). The Adaptive Sports Fair aims to provide an interactive and inclusive event where members of our community have the opportunity to engage in a variety of sports and activities.
This event is free to anyone ages 6 and up, including family members and friends.
